Quality Home Healthcare means an integrated approach with community organisations, local businesses, government and others to improve efficiencies and to achieve a common goal for the client.

Questions about Independent Lifestyles?

We understand that you may have questions about our company before you refer clients to us.  Vanessa Knox is available to answer any questions that you may have over the phone, by email or in person.  It is important to us that you are confident that your clients are going to receive the very best home healthcare services on the Sunshine Coast.   I would also like to learn more about you and how we can help to make your job a little bit easier.

Professionalism

You can count on us.  Independent Lifestyles has a "Big Company" feel even though we are a locally owned and operated.  Behaving with honesty and integrity in a small community setting has built trust with the service partners we work with and we are geniuine enough to know each other on a first-name basis only.  With the reputation of the company growing we are experiencing repeat business from satisfied service partners, clients, their families, friends, and neighbours.

Quiet Leaders

With trust comes credibility and at the centre of our mandate is to provide quiet leadership.  In our leadership work we undertake many specially-funded projects in partnership with community organisations.  Currently, we provide project coordination for the Sechelt Residents 50+ survey in partnership with the District of Sechelt and the "Active is Getting Out" Project with BC Parks and Recreation Association.

Community Involvement

Actively engaged and involved in our community we are attuned to changes that may influence how we deliver home healthcare services.  We give careful attention to the community, its people and their needs.  Awareness of organisational changes, trends, and movements in the community are for our own professional needs and to adapt service options.
